🍝 Recipe: Shrimp Spaghetti with Fresh Cherry Tomatoes & Mutti Sauce
Ingredients:
- Pasta: Spaghetti
- Seafood: Small shrimp (deglazed with white wine)
- Sauce: Mutti tomato purée (passata) and fresh cherry tomatoes
- Aromatics: Garlic, extra virgin olive oil
- Optional: Fresh parsley or chili flakes for a kick
Instructions:
- The Base: Sauté garlic in olive oil until golden. Add the fresh cherry tomatoes and let them soften and blister.
- The Shrimp: Add the small shrimp and cook them quickly. Deglaze the pan with a splash of white wine, letting the alcohol evaporate to lock in the flavor.
- The Sauce: Pour in the Mutti tomato sauce. Let it simmer and thicken for just enough time to meld the flavors without overcooking the shrimp.
